So, what is Compassionate Manifestation?

Compassionate Manifestation is a set of principles that guide a person on the journey to a happier, healthier, more fulfilling life.

I'm not going to tell you what that life should be though. 

That's up to you!

If you feel like you need to make some changes to your life, then Compassionate Manifestation can help!

Maybe during the week, it seems like most days go like this: Alarm goes off. Tired and not looking forward to the day. Get up. Eat. Work/Be busy. Eat. Watch something. Eat some more. Go to bed exhausted. Maybe eat some more.

Wondering if there's more to life?

Things feeling a little stale and empty?

Or maybe there's too much going on in your life. Not enough of "you" in your life?

If you feel like that, then you might want to make some big changes to your life!

But not everyone needs to completely overhaul their life!

Sometimes, there's one important change you have been trying to make in your life. 

And maybe it's been a struggle.

You've got a belly that, bit by bit, keeps getting bigger.

So, no matter if you need big changes to your life, or just some help with something smaller, Compassionate Manifestation can help!

Here are the guiding principles of Compassionate Manifestation:

Ground Yourself with Compassion

This is where real transformation starts.

Most people's journey to a new life and a new self has many twists, turns, and roadblocks.

Compassion includes acceptance of the world that is.

Your world.

Your circumstances.

It keeps you focused and positive.

Manifest from Love

2. Manifest from love.

The acceptance of what is that compassion gives you opens the door to love.

Loving yourself with all your flaws, imperfections is important when you're manifesting a new life.

You have a story. That story has good parts and bad parts. 

Love and accept all of it as you manifest a new life and a new you!

A Better You Means a Better Life

3. A better you means a better life.

After accepting and loving yourself and your life, you can start to ask yourself about your best self and the life you want.

The person you are now created the life you have now.

So, if you want a new life, then you need to do different things. 

Find out who the person that can create the life you want is.

What do they believe about themself?

What do they believe about the world?

What choices do they make?

How do they spend their time?

This is the best self that you want to manifest.

Your life will change as you become this person.

Use Ancient and Modern Wisdom to Make Change Easier

4. Use ancient and modern wisdom to make change easier.

So much knowledge is out there to help you manifest the life you want!

You'll be learning new behaviors as you transform your life.

Lots of things that you won't be familiar with.

The goal is to become familiar with those behaviors that feed the best in you and that will bring you the life you want.

Replace Negative Feelings and Beliefs with Empowering Ones

5. Replace negative feelings and beliefs with empowering ones.

As you manifest a new life, you can expect to have lots of feelings!

Change can do that!

Do those feelings inspire and empower you?

Do they hold you back?

Learning to manage your feelings is an important skill to develop both in life and when you are manifesting a new you and a new life.

Those principles sound great!

But what do we do with them?

Learn the Skills of Change

I emphasize learning three important skills to apply the principles of Compassionate Manifestation.

The most important thing skill to learn and practice is awareness.

Without awareness, nothing can happen!

This skill helps with everything in life, not just Compassionate Manifestation.

The second skill to learn is how to change your behavior.

Because you change as you manifest the change you want in your life, knowing how to change your behavior is going to make things so much easier. 

That's the focus of principle four. Take advantage of what is known about how to change your behavior!

However, this skill applies to all the principles, just like awareness.

The third skill to learn is how to manage the emotions of change.

Some of those emotions you want. Some you don't.

That's the focus of principle five.

And there you have it!

Compassionate Manifestation is a series of principles to guide you through the process of manifesting the change you want in your life!

Cultivating the skills of awareness, behavior change, and managing the emotions of change are how you apply the principles of Compassionate Manifestation to your life!
